Initial Consultation

Initial Consultation - $40 (One-time fee)

All students begin with an initial consultation to evaluate needs, goals, and appropriateness of collegiate coaching services. This meeting allows for discussion of the student’s current challenges, strengths, college environment, and readiness for coaching. There is no obligation to continue services following this consultation.


  

The $40 initial consultation provides an opportunity to:

  • Review the student’s current challenges and strengths
  • Discuss college environment and expectations
  • Determine whether collegiate coaching is appropriate
  • Identify a starting package level that best fits current needs


Package recommendations are collaborative and can be adjusted as the student grows in independence and confidence.

Monthly Coaching Packages

Standard Collegiate Coaching Package - $199/month

This package is designed to provide consistent, structured support while promoting independence and accountability.


Includes:

  • One weekly 45-minute individual coaching session via Zoom
  • Two weekly voicemail or phone check-ins, up to 30 minutes each
  • Up to five brief text message check-ins per week for support, reminders, or      problem-solving
  • Goal setting, progress monitoring, and skill development tailored to college demands


Focus Areas May Include:

  • Executive functioning and organization
  • Time management and planning
  • Academic workload management
  • Self-advocacy and communication
  • Stress management and adjustment to college life


This option may be a good fit if the student:

  • Struggles with time management, organization, or follow-through
  • Benefits from consistent weekly structure and regular check-ins
  • Is adjusting to college demands, transitions, or increased independence
  • Wants support with self-advocacy, workload management, and stress


This is the most commonly selected package and provides balanced, ongoing support. 

Lower-Support Coaching Package - $129/month

This option is appropriate for students who require lighter-touch support or are transitioning toward greater independence.


Includes:

  • Two 45-minute coaching sessions per month via Zoom
  • One weekly voicemail or phone check-in, up to 30 minutes
  • Up to three text message check-ins per week
  • Ongoing goal review and strategy support 


  

This option may be a good fit if the student:

  • Is generally managing coursework but benefits from periodic accountability
  • Needs help with planning, prioritizing, or staying on track
  • Is developing independence and prefers minimal check-ins
  • Has previous experience with coaching or structured supports


This package works well for students who want guidance without frequent contact. 

Higher-Support Coaching Package - $299/month

This package is intended for students who benefit from more intensive structure, frequent contact, or are navigating higher levels of academic or transitional stress.


Includes:

  • Two weekly 45-minute individual coaching sessions via Zoom
  • Up to three weekly voicemail or phone check-ins, up to 30 minutes each
  • Up to ten text message check-ins per week
  • Enhanced planning support during high-demand periods such as midterms, finals, or  transitions
  • Optional collaboration with parents or campus supports with student consent 


 This option may be a good fit if the student:

  • Experiences significant difficulty with executive functioning or overwhelm
  • Needs frequent check-ins to stay organized and regulated
  • Is navigating a major transition, academic probation, or high stress periods
  • Benefits from intensive structure, coaching, and planning support


This package is designed for students who need a higher level of consistency and availability.

Additional Notes

  • Coaching services are skill-based and non-therapeutic
  • All services are individualized and may be adjusted as student needs change
  • Monthly packages are billed on a recurring basis
  • Frequency and level of support can be modified following review and mutual agreement

  Choosing the right collegiate coaching package depends on the student’s current level of independence, executive functioning needs, and the amount of structure that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. The descriptions are intended as general guidance and package levels can be adjusted over time as needs change.
